Rejsekort
As part of a course on business development we analyzed the company Rejsekort and Rejseplan to identify issues within the organization and ways to move forward.
We conducted an analysis of their current situation focusing on their business model and any pains and gains within their current value proposition. We identified a few weaknesses with their current way of doing things. Users were mainly experiencing problems with acquiring the card as well as a lack of price-transparency. Rejsekort also had different platforms for acquiring the card, forgotten check-outs etc.
Our suggested strategy would entail a multi-modal app solution that combines existing services with a new fully mobile check-in feature. This solution ensures seamless integration between public transport forms and prompts opportunities to optimize data security measures for efficiency and trust.
